Our Commitment to Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages you can order products, make requests and register to become a member. The types of personal information collected on these pages are name, postal address, email address and telephone numbers.

Delivery Period: Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within 3 workings day, however our aim is same day dispatch. All our parcels are dispatched first class with proof of postage.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards via our payment gateway, Paypal.

Online Orders and Card Security: All credit/debit card orders placed online are made on a secure encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor, Paypal, therefore we never have access to your card details at anytime.

Refunds: Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request and return a refund. (see refund policy) Before returning any products please contact us via email or telephone. Postage costs will not be refunded. We do not refund or exchange any goods with out a valid receipt or after a 28 day period have elaped from date of purchase.

Refund Policy: We do not refund or exchange any Patterns, Fat Quarters. Cut Goods or Postage costs.

Information We Supply: Watson & Thornton supply hints, tips and information reguarding products that we sell online. This is only information from past experience of using these products, Watson and Thornton will not be liable if this information supplied causes lost, damage or injury to the person/item.

Age restricted items: Where products are deemed unsuitable for use by a certain age group, we’ll make this clear in the item description. These can include products with small parts which may be unsuitable for children of certain ages. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from ordering certain products such as scissors, rotary cutters and glues. Where there are items with an age restriction on them, you will be asked to confirm you accept these Terms and Conditions before you can place your order. If we discover that an order has been placed by a person under the age of 18, it will be cancelled by us, without notice.

When buying goods from us, you as the buyer, should be aware that different computer monitors can display a slight variation of colour and texture. If you are in any doubt please request a sample.
